Work experience

How I keep complex delivery moving.

I worked across three EU-funded technical-assistance projects in market surveillance, consumer protection, and bankruptcy and liquidation reform. The work connected international expertise, public institutions and formal implementation controls.

This chapter developed disciplined project control, institutional navigation and the judgement to coordinate across formal roles.

Programme purpose

I coordinated the implementation structure connecting Team Leaders, international experts and public institutions—maintaining work-plan sequencing, expert mobilisation, institutional follow-through, deliverable control and EU-facing reporting.

Support legal alignment, stronger public institutions and practical implementation capacity.

Environment

A Team Leader, international experts, beneficiary institutions and EU-facing project structures worked through defined work plans, missions, consultations and reporting cycles.

My position

I worked as Project Coordinator inside the implementation structure.

Much of my leadership has been exercised through coordination, judgement and trust rather than organisational hierarchy.

Current practice

I now apply the same judgement to systems I design with AI.
